Reviews

This book is a must have for every aspiring leader in education! Through his vast knowledge and experience in the field of Educational Leadership and Management Prof. Kerry suggests ways how to hone and improve on skills to do the job in a more thoughtful and reflective way. M. Bondin, Head of school, St. Benedict College, Malta. Trevor's authority in leadership development shines through the style, and diversity of anecdotal evidence and narratives. The parallels between military education, and other sectors, have not been highlighted as overtly in the literature as in this volume. The book is a great addition for refreshing policies and programmes in leadership development. Dr Terfot A. Ngwana, Leadership Academic, University of Wales Trinity Saint David, London, UK.
