Reviews

'Retail policy is a key factor in territorial planning and is becoming increasingly significant as there are new territorial components and techniques. Decision makers and experts need to be supported by special evaluation and ad hoc tools. As local governments respond with integrated retail policies, this book fills an important gap by bringing together a multidisciplinary team of authors. Explanations make it accessible to anyone interested in the domain of territorial smart evaluation.' Alex Fubini, Politecnico e UniversitA di Torino, Italy 'This book proposes an interesting and innovative integration method, aimed at improving the integration of planning and evaluation, a topic currently arousing great interest. Particularly interesting and innovative is the relevance that the book attributes to a scenario analysis approach which employs models.' Antonio Leone, Tuscia University, Italy
