Reviews

"This book provides a great framework and methodology for every new and early-stage entrepreneur to validate a start-up idea (through deep customer discovery), develop thematic goals, create clarity and team alignment, build a highly targeted go-to-market plan with the best possible business model, or simply to hang the SLAM diagram on the wall to maintain focus. Above all, the easy-to-follow 8-step models offer concrete examples and an easy-to-follow case study throughout, making the book instantly practical. Alex Bitoun, Co-founder, Livongo Health and CEO, Sagely The Startup Launch Assistance Map should be used by every would-be and actual entrepreneur! It is a simple but powerful system to ensure that their startup is feasible and to execute it in the best way possible."" David Norris, 8-time Entrepreneur, Chairman and CEO, Element3 Health"
