An eclectic look back at Goddard's extraordinaty career on and off-camera . . . full of photos of the author with everyone from Bill Clinton to Paula Abdul. -- Book Reviewer Currents

This isn't just a book about Dick Goddard and the weather. It's got a lot of Cleveland television history too. A great read and the photos are priceless!--Tony Rizzo WKNR AM Radio (05/25/2011)

That's Goddard. A compulsively good host. Famously nice guy, although not averse to sticking the occasional needle into friends. A renowned soft touch. And still the biggest name in Cleveland TV.-- (05/29/2011) Goddard describes his life and career, muses on everything from God to global warming, and allows old friends like Robin Swoboda and Ernie Ghoulardi Anderson to dish about Dick, sharing what it's like to know--to really know--the man with whom we've shared our living rooms for just over 50 years . . . Stories like these reveal who Dick Goddard is when no one is watching.-- (06/03/2011) There is a lot to like about this book that not only gives an insider's view to Cleveland television, it also contains a wide range of facts about weather, astronomy, early Ohio history, and much, much more . . . A treasure trove of anecdotes and humorous cartoons.-- (06/15/2011) An eclectic look back at Goddard's extraordinary career on and off-camera . . . Full of photos of the author with everyone from Bill Clinton to Paula Abdul.-- (06/16/2011) Reading this book is similar to a typical conversation with Goddard. You begin in one place and make many a stop on the way to the final destination.-- (08/12/2011) This isn't just a book about Dick Goddard and the weather. It's got a lot of Cleveland television history too. A great read and the photos are priceless!-- (05/25/2011)
