Tom Russ (Waldorf, MD) is a registered landscape architect and environmental manager who is currently Senior Associate and Director of Environmental Planning and Development at Purdum & Jeschke in Baltimore. He is also on the environmental technologies faculty at Charles County and Catonville Community Colleges and a continuing-education coursegiver for the American Society of Landscape Architects and the National Association of Environmental Professionals.
