Her desire to see the joy in others leads her to want to share her lemonade with them. But, even big visionaries need the encouragement of a loved one. Joi has a big sister whom she looks up to, Tylisha. Tylisha is Joi's encourager, and she is always motivating her little sister saying, Sis, you got this! Tylisha is a planner. Unlike, Joi, Tylisha is quiet, detailed, and always thinking of the how-to in everything. Together, these amazing and loving sisters plan and execute a lemonade stand that would not only be a business, but more importantly, provide people with a sense of community. Their bond is special in that their personalities compliment each other . When Joi gets discouraged by the lack of customers at her lemonade stand, her big sister Tylisha immediately steps in with a great solution and, of course, her encouraging words, Sis, you got this!
