Great introduction devotional for kids who are around 8-12. I ordered it for my cousin who turned 9 and is an avid reader, and he enjoys reading it. 125 chapters cover a wide range of stories from the bible and my cousin can read a handful a week when he has time. I like that the author goes in-depth about each passage selected and then it ends with a prayer. If you're looking for a starting point for the young kids, this is the one to pick. - Veronica J. This beautifully written Devotional engages the child's thought process and brings enlightenment. I know it is a Devotional for boys, but it seems fitting for girls to read as well, even though the main focus is on men and boys portrayed in the Bible. It's well written for devotionals that are targeted to children; the ages between 8-12 for this particular book. It's very easy to understand, that my little cousin, who's not the biggest reader, was interested in this devotional.
