The author has the honor of receiving the Black Belt 3rd DAN (Shotokan style) in the year 2019, from the Hon'ble Antonio Espinos Ortueta who is the president of the renowned World Karate Federation and the European Karate Federation. The World Karate Federation is affiliated with the International Olympic Committee that stimulates the affiliation, improvement, and coordination of the game in the world including the Olympic Games. He has vast experience of training and coaching for more than 20 years. Styles recognized by the World Karate Federation are Goju-Ryu, Shito-Ryu, Shotokan, and Wado-Ryu. The author is a government official of the Rajya Sabha Secretariat, the Upper House, Parliament of India, whereas the Parliament of India is the most significant vote-based system in the world. It is the preeminent authoritative body of the Republic of India, a bicameral lawmaking body comprising the President of India and the two houses; the Rajya Sabha, the Upper House (Council of States) and the Lok Sabha, the Lower House (House of the people).
