The discipline, honesty, integrity, and justice are the possible contributor to life satisfaction which can be acquired by knowledge, responsibility, and sense of duty. The empathy, compassion, wisdom, and connectedness are the components to maintain lifelong relationships either in the family or in the organization. Bailey, Eng, Frisch & Snyder, (2007) found that life satisfaction is one of the most important issues of the present scenario. Evidence shows that life satisfaction can reproduce experiences that have influenced a person in a positive way. These experiences have the ability to motivate people to pursue and reach their respective goals.
