OverviewThis book by Chinese language scholar Marnix Wells is a detailed analysis of the teachings of one of China's most interesting, but least known, martial arts pioneers. He has translated the dense and highly developed texts left behind by Master Chang (1724-1783), and repeatedly visited the hometown and descendants of this martial arts master. His research reveals the true origin of today's internal martial arts, including the hugely popular art of Tai Chi Chuan.
