He earned a bachelor's degree in 1993 and a master's degree in social work in 2006. Robert has been practicing as a talk therapist for more than a decade. He is currently a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). Regarding the topic of schizophrenia, Robert has authored two other books. His first book is titled On Conquering Schizophrenia: From the Desk of a Therapist and Survivor and his second book is titled The Essential Schizophrenia Companion; With Foreword by Elyn R Saks, PhD, JD.
