Author Information

Kathy Duffy and her husband live on Southern Seasons Farm, in Georgia. They have two adult daughters and over 20 animals. Kathy began reading to her daughters at an early age and believes it contributed to their love of books. She also believes that children should be allowed to read what makes them happy even if the topic is redundant. Whatever topic gets a book in their hands, is what they should read about. If that means twenty books in a row about horses, so be it. Many of the animals on her farm are rescued because she roots for the underdog and will adopt the ones many people turn down.Kathy is planning to dedicate each of the books in the Tails from Southern Seasons Farm series to different animal rescue group along with a portion of the proceeds.
