Dr Rajan is Founding Editor in Chief of Migration and Development (Taylor & Francis) and the editor of two Routledge series – the India Migration Report and the South Asia Migration Report. R. B. Bhagat is Professor and Head of the Department of Migration and Urban Studies, International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS), Mumbai, India.
