Prof. Men was Senior Visiting Scholar at Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in 2003, Japan Center for Economic Research from 2006 to 2007, Eisenhower Fellowships in 2011, University of Oxford from 2013 to 2014, and University of Tokyo in 2015. So far, he has published 10 monographs, 49 edited or co-authored books, 4 textbooks, 16 translations.
