James Colino has been optimizing recruiting functions around the world for over twenty years. As the Head of Talent Acquisition for Sheetz, Inc., James oversees recruiting for over 600 convenience store locations that operate 24/7/365.Prior to joining Sheetz, James was the Head of North American Recruitment at The Hershey Company, led the Global Technology Enablement function at Cielo, and served as Founder & CEO of HireBar, an interview software company that was acquired in 2017. Throughout his diverse journey, James has developed a deep passion for transforming talent acquisition and building cutting-edge recruiting strategies that drive business results.
