His main research interests are management, organization, business ethics, transitional issues and innovativeness. Recently, he examined the impact of managers' personal values on their behavior in Central Europe Economies. In 2012, he was a visiting researcher at Department of Management and Organizational Behavior, Vienna University of Economics and Business, Austria.
