Church discipline and the restoration of members to spiritual and relational well-being is not a topic that is regularly dealt with. However, when one is called to church leadership in a local or broader context it is inevitable that situations will arise where wisdom and resources are needed to engage processes of discipline and restoration. Rebuilding the Walls by James Kelly is a worthwhile resource to engage as it engages everything from the theology and rationale for restorative processes of members through to the practical applications of developing restorative teams and the disciplinary processes that need to be followed. Rebuilding the Walls provides a very worthwhile resource for leaders as they face one of the more challenging dimensions of Christian leadership. --David R. Wells, General Superintendent of The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada, and President of Pentecostal Charismatic Churches of North America
