Aleksander was, back in 1966, born as Roman's younger brother in a small industrial town Jesenice - by J. V. Valvasor synonym for Sojenice/ Villas that enchant fortune at birth - in Europe's Love country Slovenia. At that time Jesenice were over filled with ice-hockey power so Aleksander firstly became a Yugoslavian Champion as a home team's goalkeeper in National Ice-hockey league, for he firmly decided, he would never have to work in a home town Iron Factory. That's why and because he also firmly believed in Holy Spirit, he had to leave the town of iron-workers, for there was no place to dream. He survived only because of his Grandparents, Franc and Stefania Peternel, and preserved memory on the one true Home that we all come from, which Grandfather encouraged him to. After finishing secondary school in Kranj he proceeded to Ljubljana for faculty education. Afterwards, starting in 1982 on radio Triglav Jesenice, he worked in Ljubljana as an author of morning radio-shows with the Kids: 'With Peterpan to the Sun' on Radio Voice of Ljubljana, National Radio Slovenia 1st and 3rd program and later all over Slovenia. He was also in a video-artist team that produced first two years of Studio City - TV magazine-show that is still performed on National TV's First program and was, for a year, member of a Desk in Info-program of National TV Slovenia. That took him from Scotland to Australia and grew him into TV journalist that helps Vladimir Vodushek - the only TV owner in our country with 'living soul' in him, for the last decade. He wrote a few songs, books, a play or two and a drama by the way, for he couldn't not to. The first one, Birth, the first also translated, was written in 1990, when Slovenia became independent country with separation from Yugoslavia. His life agenda is to organize Kid's Embassy, place that is going to be completely dedicated to the Kids and Kids only /as Summerhill is/, with its own Kid's radio on the top. After talking to the First, Second and Fourth President of Slovenia he now waits for Ministry of Culture to respond. Meanwhile he is preparing, with his dearest Andreja Benko, new books in English, Russian, Spanish, French and German as well. But first, You have to read Rearing not Educating! Bonn Voyage!
