Tim Hong is an author, real estate investor and licensed real estate professional. He entered the real estate industry as an investor and purchased his first investment property at the age of 28. He educated himself and quickly became an authority in real estate investing. After getting laid off from a corporate marketing job, he became a licensed real estate professional coaching other investors to find good properties in good neighbourhoods. When he had his son in 2012, he decided to focus more on the residential side of the real estate industry and that's where he realized that it lacked transparent information.
