He collects and refurbishes Vintage Audio Equipment. He has written and produced more than 1,000 half-hour Television Newscasts. He has written over 700 stories as a Newspaper Reporter. He has logged over 8,000 hours on the radio. He is a Lifetime Member of Mensa. As a Real Estate Investor, his activities have ranged from travel trailers to office buildings and from on-campus condos to rural land.

Reviewed in the United States on November 11, 2020 Verified Purchase This book has a lot of information to give the reader a solid overview of what to expect at the beginning of their REI journey. It also shares strategies that will help people to find the niche of REI that will align with the individual's goals. There isn't a ton of new content in the book but overall they did a great job to consolidate a lot of topics and give actionable steps. Great job Josh & Brandon!
