Overview

The 21st Century is the spiritual awakening century. Many people are searching for a meaning to life, a spiritual quest. Qigong grand circulation is a method of first unifying the body's energy with nature, and second using that unified condition to explore our own spiritual world. With a lifetime of translating, studying and experiencing the ancient documents of Qigong masters, Dr. Yang, uses the scientific theory to assemble a qigong training approach for finding a path toward spiritual awakening. Demystifies ancient qigong ways and methods, and then organizes them for finding and verifying a path toward spiritual development. Mind-body-spirit unification is within reach for many who choose to only practice these breathing and meditation techniques. Advanced practitioners depend upon Dr. Yang for in-depth study and scientfic explanations of these ancient qigong methods.
