Benjamin Cohen was born in Seattle, Washington, in 1972. Ever since he was a child, Benjamin had a passion for mental tricks and persuasion techniques. He got it from his father, who was an illusionist magician. His interest in psychology grew even more when he was 17 years old, after receiving a book on how to interpret body language written by Paul Ekman. And that book cemented his path in pursuing a career in psychology. At the age of 18, Benjamin began studying Psychology at university. At the age of 21, he attended several seminars hosted by Lucas Bandler, co-developer of NLP. At the age of 25, Benjamin enrolled in a training seminar on the psychology of persuasion held by Dr. Robert Cialdini, the world's leading expert in the science of persuasion. Since then, he has dedicated his life to studying and researching human behavior and understanding the scientific principles underlying the psychological mechanism of how and why you end up saying YES! Today, Benjamin Cohen is one of the leading experts in the science of persuasion, mental manipulation, and marketing applied to sales.
