I discovered that I was psychically gifted during my childhood years. However, my professional psychic career began in Tulsa, Oklahoma where during the seventies I worked for the Peace of Mind Bookstore, a metaphysical outlet, as the in-house psychic. The bookstore became my Mecca for the studies of metaphysics, psychic phenomena and mysticism. My employment at the bookstore spanned many decades and I am very grateful for having the opportunity to work in an environment that encouraged me to think, learn, and grow spiritually. Throughout those years, I also worked as a psychic detective. Having the ability to tune into people, objects, or places, I helped investigators solve a number of crime cases. During the latter seventies, I worked as a pet psychic and animal communicator, wrote an ongoing blog for The Southern Quarter Horse Journal. I also created, manufactured, marketed and sold a psychic self-development tool based on the Aztec and Mayan calendrical cosmological system which I called Tlach-tli: The Aztec Pyramid Oracle. I marketed Tlach-tli with New Leaf distributors in Atlanta, Georgia. It did very well, by the way, although it is not being sold at this time. During the seventies, I appeared regularly on local television in Tulsa, Oklahoma as a guest psychic of the paranormal show Daze. In the early 80's, I moved to California to study mediumship at the Harmony Grove Spiritualist Association and was later hired to work as a professional psychic at the LaCosta Spa and Resort, in Carlsbad, California, through the personal recommendation of the Harmony Grove director. In the late 80's, the spirit called me to move back to Tulsa, Oklahoma where I continued my work as a psychic counselor and Medical Intuitive at the Peace of Mind Bookstore. Medical Intuitive counseling is my forte. I can 'see' internal organs, sense physical ailments and imbalances. I also taught classes based on Jane Roberts' book The Nature of Personal Reality. At that time, I corresponded with Jane Roberts about the nature of my profound, life-changing experience involving a spiral vortex of light and she recommended that I write a book about it.
