He has also been awarded one of the most prestigious Bhaskara Advanced Solar Energy (BASE) Fellowship-2016 by the Indo-US Science & Technology Forum (IUSSTF), New Delhi to work at the Iowa State University, USA. Dr. Chander Ph.D. from the Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur and his area of research has mainly focused on solar photovoltaics and has a good hand on the experimental tools viz. deposition and characterization techniques.
