Thank you Sean Michael Crane for believing in me! I've grown so much since joining your program. At one point I contemplated ending my life. That's how low and hopeless I felt. I am now clean and sober, in the process of starting my own business with my new embroidery machine and I will be training to complete my first Ironman event in 2021. Sean obviously learned hard lessons in jail that I pray I never have to personally experience and learn. I'm not sure how I would have survived 2020 without him. Today I'm doing things I've never done before, I'm more active than I was in my 20's and I'm in my 50's. I take time daily for myself with a variety of routines and habits he helped me realize the value of. I have probably experienced more loss and grief in the last 5 years than all the years before that and I am more stable and happier than I have ever been.
