Cuéllar, BS Pharm, MS, RPh, FASHP, FTSHP is Administrative Director Pharmacy (Ret.), TIRR Memorial Hermann, Houston, TX, and Adjunct Clinical Professor, University of Houston College of Pharmacy, and University of the Incarnate Word Feik School of Pharmacy, San Antonio, TX. She received both her BSc Pharm and MS in Pharmacy Administration from the University of Houston. Cuéllar is a Past-President of the Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists (TSHP), Gulf Coast Society of Health-System Pharmacists & of the TSHP Research & Education Foundation. Ms. Cuéllar has served on various state, local, and ASHP councils, committees, and task forces. She has served as a Texas delegate to the ASHP House of Delegates since 1998. She is currently serving on the Texas Statewide Health Coordinating Council by appointment from former Governor Rick Perry. Cuéllar has been the recipient of several leadership awards, including the TSHP Distinguished Service Award. Her professional interests are in pharmacy practice management, leadership development, health policy, and alleviation of health disparities. She is recognized as a Fellow of ASHP. Diane B. Ginsburg, PhD, MS, RPh, FASHP is Clinical Professor of Pharmacy Practice, Associate Dean for Healthcare Partnerships, G.D. Searle Endowed Fellow in Pharmacy, the University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy. Her career includes practice in multi-hospital systems, rural institutions, ambulatory care, and academic pharmacy. She is responsible for student leadership and professional development activities at the College of Pharmacy. Ginsburg earned her BS from the University of Pittsburgh and MS in Hospital Pharmacy from the University of Houston. She completed a 2-year residency at The Methodist Hospital in Houston. She earned her PhD in Higher Education Administration and Leadership from the University of Texas at Austin College of Education. Ginsburg has been active with ASHP and served as President and a 3-year term on the Board of Directors. She has served ASHP in many capacities, including Chair, Council on Educational Affairs; AJHP Editorial Advisory Board; Texas Delegate; and co-coordinator, National Clinical Skills Competition. She is co-editor of Infectious Disease Pharmacotherapy Self Assessment. She also served as Chair of the ASHP Research and Education Foundation Board of Directors. Dr. Ginsburg is a Past President of the Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists (TSHP) and TSHP Research & Education Foundation.
