OverviewAs an introduction to the practice of mediation, this textbook is designed to acquaint the student with a basic knowledge of the anatomy of disputes, conflict, and mediation. Students using this text will learn to understand the sources and nature of conflict; conflict styles and their own personal conflict style; mediation concepts and different styles of mediation; and appropriate resolution methods.
