Jacolyn's PhD involved developing and testing a Positive Education program for Australian adolescents that explored concepts such as hope, kindness, meaning, character strengths, and gratitude. Jacolyn has worked with a range of schools and organisations in their application of evidence-based wellbeing initiatives, including Geelong Grammar School, Berry Street School, and the AFL Players' Association. Her interests include mindfulness, acceptance commitment therapy, compassion, and altruism.
