She has a PHD in risk, intelligence and behavioural analysis and a degree in forensic psychology. Simon Letchford is a Detective Superintendent in the Metropolitan Police. He oversees London's 32 specialist domestic violence units and is also Deputy Chair of ACPO's Domestic Violence Steering Group. Sharon Stratton is a Detective Sergeant at the Metropolitan Police. She has extensive operational experience in investigating domestic violence cases and regularly trains front-line staff on domestic abuse investigations.
