MARIAN WOLA?SKI is Professor of Political Science in the Institute of International Studies at the University of WrocLaw, Poland and until recently was Director of the Institute. He is the author and editor of many books and numerous articles. His book Europa Srodkowo-Wschodnia w mysli politycznej emigracji polskiej 1945-1975 was published by the University of WrocLaw Press in 1996.
