He is the director of the Urban Ministry First Year Program at Cairn University, a director at Common Grace Inc., an adjunct faculty member at both the Center for Urban Theological Studies and at Biblical Theological Seminary, the current board president of Esperanza Health Center, and a board member and board president for numerous other local ministries. Coz is an Australian who has been working in the inner city of Philadelphia since 1992. He and his wife, Joyce, have been serving in ministry in Philadelphia for over twenty-five years.
