Professor Owen G Mordaunt, PhD, teaches linguistics, TESOL, and short fiction at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He has published articles in various journals and anthologies, including Some Aspects of Technology in Teaching English to English Language Learners; Individualized Instruction with Implications for Teaching English as an International or Global Language; Bidialectalism in the Classroom: The Case of African-American English; and Listen, Listen, Listen and Listen: Building a Comprehension Corpus and Making It Comprehensible.Matthew McGuire is certified in teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. He has taught English as a foreign and as a second language both in and outside of the United States.
