Joel Fishman, PhD, is Assistant Director for Lawyer Services, Duquesne University Center for Legal Information/Allegheny County Law Library. Dr. Fishman is the author/compiler/editor of more than 70 books and 75 articles on bibliography, legal history, and law librarianship. Frank Y. Liu is a Professor of Law and Director of Duquesne University School of Law, Center for Legal Information (DCLI) and Allegheny County Law Library (ACLL) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania..
