It replaces the Microsoft[registered] spellchecker to give you Oxford-preferred spellings in all your documents, emails, and correspondence. But this is more than just a spellchecker - it is also an electronic dictionary. You can check meanings and usage during the spellcheck process, or look up words in the dictionary independently of the spellchecker function. This new version allows you to set your default to British or American English.
