OverviewAbout Outlaw Karate: Outlaw Karate was designed to get a person from white belt to black belt in one year. It is a synthesis of two hard core karate systems, with all the duplicate moves, poser moves, unworkable moves deleted. The result is an extremely powerful and street worthy martial art. Most important, the author describes the phenomena that students go through and when. Thus, what a brown belt (for instance) experiences is detailed, and the result is that the reader is better able to digest, and then make work, the art at that level. Some of the concepts include: how to make the body work as one unit how to make sure that your form works how to make sure your moves are effortless the three levels of the martial arts six methods for making every block work measuring the effectiveness (dangerousness) of each belt level measuring the degree of pain on each belt level And TONS more. This book is a complete system. It includes all the forms and form applications, along with methods of freestyle. About the Author: Al Case began Martial Arts in 1967.
