Overviewoscesmart in ENT & Opthalmology Practice vignettes, histories and mark schemes for your finals. Medical students and doctors generally find ENT and ophthalmology OSCEs terrifying, fact! This could be because they are often not covered in as much detail as other specialties in medical school, with most students' only experience being a day spent in an outpatient clinic or in theatres watching an interesting case. This often causes a situation where students study only with an aim to get through the ENT and ophthalmology sections of their exams, and not necessarily to master clinical skills within these specialties that they can apply to their day to day clinical practice. This book aims to address that. This book covers a great deal of ENT & Ophthalmology presentations and also covers in detail, advanced communication skills in a dedicated section, all in just 50 cases. Working through all the cases in this book will not only make you prepared for OSCE stations in ENT or Ophthalmology, but will also make you more confident handling the common clinical scenarios encountered whilst working in these specialties.
