Overview

Office and Home Tai Chi includes the Limber Up Exercise and Xing Qi Tai Chi - A moving Meditation Exercise. It combines physical exercise and therapy for modern people to keep fit in the office or at home. Office and Home Tai Chi is based on ancient Chinese health care theories, including blood running laws, Qi - Vital Energy Flow, and Jing Luo, system-Meridian and Collateral Channels. Office and Home Tai Chi has presented these ideas in the U.S. since 2013 in a form adapted all to understand and practice when space and time are limited. Office and Home Tai Chi helps people work out effectively in an office or at home to improve their health and immunity as an indoor exercise daily. It may also be helpful in a public health emergency or crisis when travel is limited. It is well known that Tai Chi has excellent health benefits as an essential part of Chinese Kung Fu. However, the lengthy traditional Tai Chi routines are complicated and limited by space and time for most individuals. People must spend much time remembering movements and understanding their true meaning. So, it is less suitable for active groups of young and middle-aged people. The tedious routine and the cultural differences have become the biggest obstacles for many people to learn Tai Chi.

bigfletchdog 5.0 out of 5 stars An easy-to-follow introduction to Tai Chi practice. Reviewed in the United States on June 18, 2022 Office and Home Tai Chi is a great way to understand Tai Chi and start your own practice. The book provides step-by-step instructions and photographs of each pose and movement. It teaches authentic Tai Chi practice in a way that's really easy to pick up and replicate yourself. For someone who sits at their desk working all day, this is the perfect guide to helping me stretch out and limber up. I highly recommend this book for anyone who spends the day sitting in an office chair to be active and relieve the tensions and posture issues related to being desk-bound. It would also be great for anyone looking to develop a daily stretching or movement routine. Nidaye 5.0 out of 5 stars Very good book Reviewed in the United States on August 15, 2022, Received this awesome book last weekend, read and practiced for a whole week. To be a driver and everyday work out hard guy, I always feel fatigued and depressed. I searched some ways online and found this ancient Chinese kung fu that many articles say it is good for your central nervous system, and make you chill. So I bought this entrance-level book on taichi learning. I would say, it is an amazing book, easy to read and reliable. And the most important thing is that it really works. love this book hopefully, it could be my basement for the taichi world!
