Frank Nischk is an entomologist, science reporter, and filmmaker who has studied insects in multiple continents around the world. Since 2000, he has been working as a journalist and as a director of TV documentaries, including award-winning nature and animal films. He lives in Cologne, Germany. Mike Chamberlain is an actor and voice-over performer in Los Angeles whose audiobook narration has won several AudioFile Earphones Awards. His voice credits range from radio commercials and television narration to animation and video game characters. Stage trained at Boston College, he has performed works from Shakespeare and the classics to contemporary drama and comedy. Jane Billinghurst's career has been in book publishing as an editor, publisher, writer, and translator in the United Kingdom, the United Sates, and Canada. She is the translator of the international bestseller The Hidden Life of Trees by German forester Peter Wohlleben. Carl Safina is the author of several books, including Voyage of the Turtle, The View from Lazy Point, and Eye of the Albatross. Carl's work has been recognized with MacArthur, Pew, and Guggenheim fellowships, and his writing has won Orion, Lannan, and National Academies literary awards. He lives on Long Island, New York.
