"I have a love/hate relationship with the word ""no."" It's not my favorite word. (My favorite word starts with an F, and I'll give you one guess what it is.) Dr. Kristin L. Kahle (aka Dr. K) is the CEO and Founder of NavigateHCR (NHCR), and an entrepreneur who has successfully started and sold three businesses for well over seven figures. She also is a speaker and author who is fed up with a business world that lacks female mentors and coaches (hence this book!).
