Overview

WHY YOU NEED TO READ THIS BOOK Almost all homebuyers pay too much for their homes -- and never discover their misfortune! After all, who's going to tell them? Think about it. Since 1995 this book has helped over 100,000 homebuyers save money, avoid tricks and traps, and buy safely a home that brings true peace of mind. This book is trusted because it is unchallengeably honest. The author, a nationally recognized consumer advocate, has no ties to any real estate or finance entity -- you get no sales pitch, no up-sell, no nabbing of your email address. Just priceless advice on topics that confuse buyers. American Homeowners Foundation (represents 70m US homeowners) said: 'Few book writers can put money into your pocket, here's one who can!'. Tony Robbins said: 'This book is extraordinary!'. How to Buy a Home without Risk The risks come from buyer misconceptions and the real estate industry's 'fogginess'. Whether you're a first-time buyer, getting married, busy parent, contemplating retirement or into real estate investing, you'll have one chance to: Buy at the lowest price Get the best home loan Protect your future quality of life Avoid buying the 'house from hell'. All this, while the sales agent, having pledged loyalty to the seller, is trying to get the highest price out of you, or sell you one of their own double-commission listings -- and is acting as though you don't need a loyal ally as you navigate one of life's riskiest undertakings! You do! Because small mistakes can cost you decades of overpaying, thousands of dollars you can save. But once again, who's going to tell you? The author recounts witnessing an ordinary homebuyer overpay by $100,000 -- a sad case that led to him writing this book. Buying and Selling Real Estate -- Financial Security How do you become a Smart Buyer when buying a home? Or know if you are being advised in your best interest? Or find the unbiased guidance you need? First -- in this book! Save time, stress, and money on your home and mortgage. For less than $25 (ebook under $10) make what could well be your smartest investment in your financial security and long-term contentment. Because Not One Dollar More! -- packed with know-how homebuyers never hear -- is unapologetically 100% pro-homebuyer! Enjoyable Reading You'll learn from actual examples, real-life case studies, 'Houses for Sale' stories, and mistakes that teach you and protect you. Your reward: confidence, better decisions, peace of mind, and more dollars in your pocket. Many consumer advocates call this book 'The best!'. It's like no book you ever read; it tells you clearly what you need to know, do, and say -- tools, secrets, and know-how no one ever gave you: Save big by knowing the 5 most costly buyer mistakes Unearth hidden traps and nasty surprises before you commit Negotiating skills -- get your offer accepted but never look like you're negotiating Use any of 6 simple tactics to save money for 10, 20, 30 years Save a small fortune on your mortgage repayments Engage a buyer agent who'll work 100% for you to get you the best deal. Buying a home is always a risk -- via agent or for-sale-by-owner. This book is a NO-RISK investment; it could pay you back richly! GET IT now.
