Craig T. Cobane II, Ph.D., is associate professor of political science and director of the University Honors Program at Western Kentucky University, Bowling Green, KY. Dr. Cobane has won numerous teaching awards and fellowships including a Defense Policy Fellowship, where he served in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense Policy (Stability Operations) at the Pentagon from 2004 to 2005.
