OverviewThis is only a snap shot of the events in Nigeria during the civil war. I felt duty bound to share my experience with due sensitivity to peoples belief. The aspiration of the event was based on freedom and justice for all on earth. This is my personal experience and recollection of events as it unfolded before my eyes. The 30-months civil war which occurred between 1967 and 1970 left a lot to be desired and speaks volume of what the Igbo tribe and other parts of then-Eastern Nigeria endured.
