OverviewEnglish summary: Non-codified Rules in the German Federal Parliament. An Empirical and Systematic Legal Study of the Informal Parliament The thesis analyses the numerous unwritten practices, customs and habits of the German Federal Parliament, which significantly shape its organisation and procedures. Based on an empirical collection of such non-codified parliamentary rules, a phenomenological examination is carried out and - against the background of the principle of parliamentary autonomy - a proposal for their systematisation based on legal and non-legal categories is made.
