She is the owner of Intact Academy and has published numerous articles and books on leadership, coaching and organizational change. Anne de Graaf, MA, is TSTA in the field of management and organizational development and CTA in the field of psychotherapy. He is currently the owner of RondHeel, consultancy and training.
