Along with his clinical practice in sleep medicine, he serves as the Program Director of the Sleep Medicine Fellowship and Vice Chair for Inclusion, Diversity, and Empowerment. He earned his medical degree at the University of Michigan and completed residency training in Neurology at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida.
