Author Information

Oleg Cross is an award-winning trial attorney. A graduate of Duke University School of Law, he honed his legal skills at Cooley LLP - the nation's premier law firm. Natalie Prescott joined Latham & Watkins LLP in San Diego, California, following a federal clerkship. She holds a BA, summa cum laude, from the University of Southern Mississippi; an MA from Tulane University.
