OverviewI have struggled with depression since I was a teenager. It's an insidious enemy that hits me hardest when I'm down. It comes suddenly, from behind, just when I think I've won and it won't come back. During the last almost fifty years of my life, I have fought many times and still fight against depression. I have turned to doctors many times with more or less success. I visited neuropsychiatrists, psychologists, life coaches, therapists, and others I thought could help me. And now, after almost fifty years of struggle, I can tell you I am winning. For the last ten years, I have been more than successful and am winning battle after battle. I have brought my awareness to the point where I recognize depression and react instantly. I have developed a method that I stick to and get results. So, I want to tell you it is possible to win. And what I want to share with you is in this book. I'm not a doctor or a psychologist and haven't licensed any method that gives instant results. I'm not a therapist; I'm just a man who found a way to help himself and wants to share it with the world. This means that my book is not intended to replace a doctor or psychologist; it is not intended to make you stop taking any medications you may be taking and just stick to this book. If you are visiting a doctor or a psychologist, continue to do so. If you are taking medication, keep taking it. This is an additional tool that can help you because it helped me. It has been helping me for the last five years. This book is support in addition to any other help you may be getting to get better. Just be persistent. Every day is a new opportunity, a new fight, and every little win will help you become a winner. As corny as that may sound, be positive and stay positive. Because if I could do it, you can too. I feel better, work much more, eat regularly, and sleep through the night, which in some parts of my life was unimaginable. In addition to my regular job, I wrote five books, four of which I published here on Amazon, and the fifth is being translated.
