About the Author Leuanna Matheson's writing has blessed men and women from D.C. to the Blue Ridge Mountains of VA for many years. She encourages men and women to enjoy the best of health and encourages them in their personal journey. Her prose and poetry can be read on her Blog Heaven Bound at jarsofoil.blogspot.com/. One of her articles was published in the February 2010 issue of the ministry magazine, Visitor, and in lesser known publications such as Remnant Reflections, a newsletter of the New River Valley Seventh-day Adventist Church formally in Radford, VA. Her 13 years as a homemaker has also given her the opportunity to write lesson plans and stories for her children where a new dimension of creative writing was birthed. Leuanna resides in Southwestern VA with her husband, five children and their cat Grayson (Gracie). This is her first published book. Purpose of the Book The Lord has granted me the privilege of being a mother of five wonderful children. I thank God for the precious gifts He has given me and the awesome opportunity to shape and mold their individual characters for the Kingdom. The purpose of this children's book is to share my love of books with youngsters. God cherishes children. They are His reward to parents and He desires them to be trained in the fear and admonition of the Lord. I am thankful for parents who planted seeds of righteousness to the best of their ability and to God who blesses faithful effort for His glory. I trust that parents and children can see the glorious hand of God in all of the creatures, colors and ideas displayed in the fabric of this book.
