Overview

Can you spot a tractor on the croft, a tram on Edinburgh's cobbled streets and a train in the Highlands? Your wee ones will find lots of vehicles to spot, name and talk about -- a boat, a train, a tractor, a car, a tram and even a helicopter -- in Scotland's streets and countryside. This bright board book is packed with lively images and simple, clear words to help your children build their vocabulary. The chunky format and hard-wearing pages are perfect for wee hands.

Reviews

'... an introduction to modes of transport in a cleverly designed Scottish landscape. I particularly like the Edinburgh tram and the Search and Rescue helicopter hovering above a snowy mountain top. The small board book format makes it ideal for young hands still learning to manipulate and sturdy enough to withstand their attempts. Kate McLelland's illustrations are bold and bright, simple but with enough to keep the interest and attention of wee bairns!' -- Jane E. Sandell, Scotsman
