Author Information

Mohini Hersom MSc was born in New Delhi on the 28th of August 1958, and is the granddaughter of a civil servant, and scientist. She studied Physics at the University of Manchester, from where she graduated in 1983. She lived in the UK from 1981 to 1983, and has been living in the UK since 2004, mostly in London. From 1983 to 2004, Mohini lived in the United States and Canada, except for a 9 year period of living in India in the home of her parents, 1986-1995, when her 1934 born father was in India's who's who and due to his social status even dined with India's Prime Minister Mr Gandhi several weeks before his assassination. Mohini is a failed asylum seeker with plenty to say about the asylum process, and conflicts with modern diversity policy which has revolutionized the human personality giving the same out on a plate so that everyone may have the same personality and everyone may be equal. Mohini was expelled from the Institute of Physics, an institute where you can become a member by annual credit card payment, in 2007 in accordance with diversity policy which requires 100% uniformity of opinion. She has completed about 11 years of immigration appeals, is a shaggy and old-fashioned woman who walks with a slight impediment and breathing difficulties. During this period she has not had a legal right to work, on the premise that she is mentally incompetent. She is pending physical execution of a 2013 deportation order for the public good in connection with Murder as a Civil Case . This book is intended to be part of a multi volume series published in a hurry and intended to be a short narrative giving court proceedings of her self like a story which is what it is: a real life story. The plaintiffs being members of her own family Mohini has written a book containing no images legal documents or contact details except of the courts where the proceedings took place, mostly proper nouns have been disguised beyond recognition so that people who are not geographically close cannot identify them
